Buyers / Mandates contact us for availability. SKR, Depository, Servicing, and Delivery will given by Seller after NCNDA and IMFPA are in place with Buyer. Verification and Payment will be agreed by Seller and Buyer and shall be in general conformity to Bank to Bank Procedures or strict CIF basis:
- Seller's Mandate will expect a call from the Buyer's Mandate to verify a meeting time.
- Buyer Mandate/Agent will sign all docs in the presence of Seller/Seller Mandate. - Seller will log signed documents with Seller's Bank. - Buyer will log signed document with Buyer's Bank. - Seller's Bullion Officer will contact Buyer's Bullion Officer for verification of Gold. - Proof of Product for Proof of Funds. - After successful verification, Buyer makes payment(s). - Tranching begins.

Scrap Metal and Rail
Procedures: . 1) Buyer or Broker fills out the detailed RFQ (Request For Quote) form found below "including" buyer's USD (United States Dollars) Target Price and submits. Please note: Koala Corp will "not" respond to a submitted RFQ inquiry unless a USD Target Price has been defined. . 2) Koala Corp responds within 72 hours with an accurate soft quote valid for 7 business days. 3) Buyer accepts price quoted and submits a newly dated (no older then 3 business days), "non" binding, Letter of Intent (LOI) with full Top 25 World Banking coordinates (Issuing or Confirming Bank) including permission for Seller's soft probe to verify the authenticity of the inquiry, as well as permission to contact Buyer's Top 25 World Bank to verify the Buyer's good standing and credit worthiness. 4) Seller issues a binding Formal Corporate Offer (FCO) or Draft Contract directly to Buyer to begin negotiations to find amicable terms both principals find favorable.

ISRI 200: No. 1 Heavy Melting Steel. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap 1/4 inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 x 24 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
ISRI 201: No. 1 Heavy Melting Steel 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap 1/4 inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 36 inches x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
ISRI 202: No. 1 Heavy Melting Steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap 1/4 inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 inches x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
ISRI 203: No. 2 Heavy Melting Steel. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, 1/8 inch and over in thickness, charging box size to include material not suitable as No. 1 heavy melting steel. Prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
ISRI 204: No. 2 Heavy Melting Steel. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size 36 x 18 inches. May include all automobile scrap properly prepared.
ISRI 205: No. 2 Heavy Melting Steel / 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size 36 x 18 inches. May include automobile scrap, properly prepared, however, to be free of sheet iron or thin gauged material.
ISRI 206: No. 2 Heavy Melting Steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size 60 x 18 inches. May include automobile scrap, properly prepared, however, to be free of sheet iron or thin gauged material.

SPECIFICATIONS: ( 24 - 65 )
24: Melting Steel, Railroad No. 1. Clean wrought iron or steel scrap, 1/4 inch and over in thickness, not over 18 inches in width, and not over 5 feet in length. May include pipe ends and material 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch in thickness, not over 15 inches x 15 inches. Individual pieces cut so as to lie reasonably flat in charging box. 27: Rail, Steel No.1. Standard section tee rails, original weight 50 pounds per yard or heavier, 10 feet long and over. Suitable for rerolling into bars and shapes. Free from bent and twisted rails, frog, switch, and guard rails, or rails with split heads and broken flanges. Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of the piece of rail. 28A: Rail, Steel No.2 Cropped Rail Ends. Standard section, original weight of 50 pounds per yard and over, 18 inches long and under. 28B: Rail, Steel No.2 Cropped Rail Ends. We cannot give quotes without knowing these many variable details of the buyer's desired terms and conditions. Paperwork must be in the verbiage and format as per the LOI sample template Koala Corp will send with the soft price quote. Paperwork submitted in any other verbiage and/or format will delay your proposed transaction until it is corrected. Please note: Large quantity orders may need additional Port Berths based on the buyer’s receiving port, shipping schedule, and required metric tons per month. Discharge Rates per day must be confirmed by the buyer before submitting a RFQ. Port/Berth(s) must be geared and suitable for discharge by receiving port’s discharge equipment. Seller is responsible only for vessel(s) arriving at Discharge Port/Berth(s) meeting all Port/Berth(s) restrictions and compliances for vessel(s) at the* Koala Corp offers the most transparent terms in the Scrap Metal market. We will allow Yard visits to all proven financially capable buyers after contract signing and prior to buyer opening a financial instrument for all Spot and Annual contracts. This will also include a first hand look at our supply chain infrastructure. Buyer may also return to the scrap yard and view their material being loaded. We feel these transparent terms allow our valued customers to purchase with confidence.
